Brother to do this your going to need to not stress her out to much and keep light on 18/6 or 20/4 keep her in vegetative till she is half the desired length your looking for she can stretch up 100/150% in the flowering stage man. With indoor a flat canopy will get you best bang for the buck with your effort of course. If you are going to grow try to have some patience and the yield and quality will be worth it ..going for single cola don't top grow natural and cut the side shoot or lower branches of once she is 3/4weeks in to growth so not to shock her. It will focus all of its energy into making that one stem grow into a single massive bud up that main stem..remember genetics will effect over all growth , potency and bud structure good luck my man..

In a solo cup just got to feed it hella and cut all the little arms off under the mail cola and you will get main cola bud quick 🤙🏼

Not sure why you would want to mate but just defoliate everything as it grows other than than main stem. All the energy will go in to that
