Hi mate, there is a lot of controversy surrounding this subject. Some growers so yes, other say no. I think it really depends on the space you have and your ability to maintain correct VPD throughout the grow. Looking at your diary, your plant looks nice and healthy. However she is a little young to start any defoliation. At the moment sh needs every bit of energy to build roots and height. What size space are you growing in? Personally I would wait till she is about 12-15 inches tall and top her main stem, spread out her wings with some LST. Then wait till the lower stems have caught up in height and top those. wait a week or so for them to recover then switch them into flower. I would do a light defoliation then, just at the end of veg. Giving more light to bud sites. The last time you should defoliate is the third week of flower. Only enough to create better airflow. I hope this help a little, good luck and happy growing

If it's an auto, leave it and let live. Auto's have a shorter Veg period and removing leaves can stunt the plant as they don't recover like a photoperiod plant. Once you can see where your flower sites will be, then you can defoliate as needed. For photoperiod plants, don't do anything until you have 4 sets of leaves showing, then you can top if you like.
