What exactly does flowering time mean?

Hi guys, I have a super newbie question. When I read "70-75 days flowering" on weed labels, does it mean 70-75 days of total growth from planting seeds into the ground (+veg,blooming phases) up to harvest or is it just the blooming phase? THANK YOU KIND PEOPLE

Alors on parle de vegetation et de floraison.
La végatation : c'est les premières semaines de sa vie quand elle grandit ( personnelement je mets 21 jours de vegetation )
la floraison : c'est quand ta plante se mets a montrer son sexes et a fleurir. Le emps de floraison est differant celon les plantes, d'après ce que tu dis il est de 70 a 75 jours.
au total ca te fait 21 jours (minimum en interieur) + 70 a 75 jours

For a photoperiod strain, it means your 70 days, from when you change your light cycle to 12/12.
