Are the yellowing spots signs of Leaf Septoria? I'm assuming it's more of a nutrients issue but have never experienced LS and wanted to get some second opinions.

Living soil growingGrowing in living soil with dry amendments. It’s mid week 6 of flower and lower leaves are showing N/P deficiency. Nutrient teas don’t stop it. Really it has no effect it seems. well it looks like i'm facing nitrogen deficiency.
the leaves are pale on both plants and also plant 1 has very small tiny leaves and leaves turning yellow.
So i think it's nitrogen? i will put 1 ml more of coco bloom A to correct.
if anyone has another opinion let me know.Week 6

Two plants but one is small! Same tent, same nutrients and similar issues but different resultsOne of my plants is super small and I have no idea why. Initially I thought it was a magnesium deficiency but clearly it was not only that. The issues became apparent between weeks 4 and 6, right after the last transplant.
