Why Yellowing leaves?

I transplanted this plant last week, never showed any problems with transplant shock, the soil it went into is a mix of Fox Farms Happy Frog and Pride lands, this week, the plant started yellowing. It shouldn't be lacking any nutrients so I'm puzzled as to why.

Could be an imbalance in the ph after the transplant which has caused the dis colouration though it is most likley just the shock of being transplanted sure it will clear up in a few days thats why i love dwc signs show within hours of feeding if there's something wrong :) But alot more things come into play when in soil you have to fight mould, pests and other harmful things in the enviroment.

I have never used happy frog or pride lands but are you sure the problem is to much nutrients?? As both under feeding and over feeding can present very similarly
