It doesn't look quite ready just yet. Unfortunately the plant does look like it has suffered from stress in its life but the pistols still look mostly white to me and the ones that are brown are still quite erected. Personally I would hold off another week and wait for the pistols to brown and retract/curl down or for a sure way zoom in on the thricombs they want to be milky not clear if some are still transparent hold on a little longer. As for the drying I use 2 methods • a full plant hang for 10-14 days with temperature at 17-19°c with a RH of 50% for the first 3 days then I drop the temperature to 14-16°c and increase the RH to 55/60% •Drying rack so I wet trim the buds and leave them in a rack we're the area is dark and a temperature of 17°c and 55% rh at a constant When they are try enough I put them in jars (still don't smoke yet) and allow them to cure for arround 2 weeks burping the jar x4 a day. Its after the 14 day mark I start to notice the aroma of the plants and no longer get the fresh grass/earthy smell

Harvesting early will only bring disappointment, I can tell you that from my own experience. Smaller, less appealing buds, less flavour, less aroma, less thc etc. Curing does not ripen the plant, it only removes the chlorophyll and inner moisture and increases aroma and potency that was already there. 🌱👍

Man, I think this plant was ready 1 week ago. I see foxtailing on the top of the buds, this is sign of stress! Go further and chop her! Tips: before harvest avoid to water the plant, the soil must be dry. Chop the entire plant don't remove every single bud! The drying process must be slow, perfect conditions are: 25 degrees Celsius temp, 40% umidity, small ventilation and good air extraction from drying room! So put you buds already a little wet in jars. Jars must be always open in the first 1-2 days until "green smell" goes away, so you can close and wait min 2 weeks! Good luck!
