Recipe for success starter kit for outdoor grow ?

I was given a recipe for success starter kit from technaflora plant products LTD ! So my question is can this kit be used to grow outdoors ? If so how? I tried the companies website faq. But it gave a contradictory answer ! So if anyone can help me with this thanks in advance !

Hi mate, a plant will grow outdoors in the right conditions. As long as you give her enough light and with organic nutrients, a light airy soil that drains well you plant will do awesome. There are so many people here willing to help so don't hesitate to ask. Good luck and happy growing

Why dont my plants grow towards the middle/light and instead concentrate near the walls?Looks like my plants are growing towards the wall and not towards the middle where the light should be the best.
Why do the plants behave like that and what should I do?

18 weeks, but I'm not sure she's ready.The plant is 18wks old. Leaves are getting yellow, some buds are so fat the branches bend under the weight.
