ph flucuations can often cause twisted and deformed leves. overf watering can be a factor though the medium does look nice and dry it could be wind damage if you fans are a bit too close or on abit too high. Good way to judge this if the tips of the leaves are moving that is more than enough air flow that equates to about 1m of air per min going through which is more than enough I personally cannot see alot of signs of heat stress though the other grower is not incorrect in assuming that as there are slight signs she could be too hot im looking at the curled up leaf if it curls up towards the edges of the leafs you can pretyy much guarntee its heat stress though it could even be very innocent and just how that pheno grows i would personally suggest moving your fans around and experimenting for a few days and keep eye on the plant and go from there she is really healthy any your doing a great job keep up the great work. :) 👊

Looks like you got a combination of water/internal pressure and nutrient/ph imbalance tbh. I hope you're not pointing that fan's airflow over it, or even very near it. Potentially heat related issues to, I can't say.

It's hard to see the plant's color under the burple lights but all the problem seems to be at the top of the plant, the part closest to the lights. It makes me think the lights may be too close/hot. I would raise the lights about 15cm and see if the plant is happier.
