As long as you have a few weeks before they flip, they'll be fine. The top might have gotten some damage, but don't forget all the roots are still there and nicely established in the soil, so you have a small plant with a big mouth now and they can bounce back from abuse surprisingly well and quickly. I would leave them be

Physical damage... it'll heal. Depending on region, around here we just pased longest 'daytime' of the year, so it shouldn't go into flower until near the end of july at earliest... when do you start to get 10+ hours of uninterrupted darkness? that's roughly how long you have for it to heal and recover.. then ~4 weeks beyond that point of entering flowering phase it will still grow more. replacing them... would need to acclimate plants to sun. if they are larger and healthier, maybe worth it? what is the opportunity cost of not growing them inside? Plants survive... i'd keep'em and just keep a close eye on them in early flower looking for pollen sacs.

looking up hardening off plants for transition to outside. It will work and they should take off just fine. can make clones if you need as well and regrow em inside. Moving a pot that is part of the earth where the root system is growing is no easy task. you need to dig a big hole around it all and even then it might still go into shock a bit. I would just leave em and hope they bounce back.

Hey 👋 Guess they will be fine. They do not seem to be broken at the bottom of the plant, so consider this as an extreme way of topping… still some month to go until they flip to flower outdoor, so there is a good chance that they will yield at least a bit.
