LST bending

How to keep height down?My head room is small in this grow space, max height about 50cm from floor. When should I start to LST them?

Hey friend, Always remember to counteract your bend from opposite side.In that way, your main stem will not fall like that.You can check in my diary how I done my LST.Happy growing... ✌️

Thats enough of a bend. I'd leave it and just adjust the secondary branches as needed. Happy growing.

Does LST increase yields in autoflowers?Those advocating LST for autoflowers promise increased yields. Is there evidence to support this? Other than flattening the canopy, which helps in limited spaces, is there a scientific reason why training increases yield?

How far into flower is it okay to bend (LST)? Am I there yet?I see a couple little flower hairs coming in on the cheese plant. I've read that you are not supposed to train auto-flowers very far into flower, but I was hoping to get one or more bends in over the next week. Anybody have any thoughts?
