I have three of the same strain going at the moment. Two are in preflower, one is still in Veg, but almost there (it is 3 days behind the other too). After seeing other grows of the same strain, I knew this was a possibility, and clearly two of them had a similar pheno, while my late bloomer ia taking it's time. Regardless, I'm switching to 12/12 at 4 weeks as this seems to be the time they tend to hit flower. Basically, you can force it into flower on 12/12, because this allows for buildup of the necessary flowering hormones (phyto-something reaches a critical mass at a certain point in darkness and the plants genetics take over and send it into flower, blah, blah, science). Keep in mind, this is also dependent on how much ruderalis is in the plant, but normally for an auto it only comprises like 10% of the genome, so it should still respond to 12 hours of darkness (unless you're doing 12/12 from seed, then you might be SOL). If you're ready, the plant is ready too; bring the darkness! Cheers and happy growing.
