Nutrient burn creeps up slowly to the point of no return, and just reducing nutrients for a few days will not solve the problem, it takes just as long to go away as it did to build up in the first place.
The odd spot or blemish is normal, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.
Going to half strength nutrients and adopting a water/water/feed/water/water/feed schedule will help prevent any burning in the future.
Deep watering to run off is also important, this will help prevent toxic salts from the nutrients building up in the substrate.
Yellow sticky traps will help with catching any flying insects.
