Well, that pic specifically looks like it has some calmag issues.
Probably some nutrient excess causing imbalance.

Heat shock from heat matrasse.Heat mat overheating 30C° and burning seedlings. Leaves look crispy now. Removed the mat from under and just layed onto the side of my propagator tent. Temp now 27C°. RH still 30%. Ordered humidifier but thats 3day til arrives. Poured water to their tray. What else should I do?Leaves. Edges burnt

I don't think this is nute burn...So I thought I had a case of mild nute burn but I haven't given the plants any Bloom or Calmag since last Friday, only water so I'm wondering if this is a nute burn issue now.
