Molasses when watering or no ? I know people use it for compost tea & flushing but I’ve been using it in my water (1 tbsp) for past few watering. Should I do this or just use it for flushing?

Hi u dont want to feed it everytime because your plant can get lazy and quit making its own sugars. Once every couple weeks is plenty jus a teaspoon or two in a tea

Like, for ghetto "goto" cheap, effective sort of supplement I'd use would be molasses, yoghurt/milk and perhaps something like lemon juice (or another citrus fruit).

"The plant produces this on its own and uses it as engrgy. It can be beneifical to add in the later stages of flowering giving her more energy to help flowers get bigger and ripen faster :) " Nonsense. The plants don't produce molasses, it doesn't make potassium, magnesium and shit. The plants produce their own derived sugars, mostly distinct from molasses.

Molasses is a good general addition/feed/supplementation as it contains a large amounts of varied elements and can aid microbial activity. In terms of common elements it provides decent magnesium, potassium, particularly. You can use it fairly regularly, imo. Just don't overdo it.
