Harvest or wait?

If you have some microscope/magnifier check the trichomes. for lower thc and higher cbn try to let it flower longer than usual. 50-60% should have started to change color into amber/brown. if not, 70-100% of pistils should have darkened.

CBD and THC both increase in amounts as the plant matures. its the strain that will determine a high CBD and Lower thc. Its best to harvest when the flowers are mature since this will contain the most CBD.

Hey friend, the sooner you chop her the more energetic high you’re gonna have. the THC is developing now, you want to wait till the white colour of trichromes is replaced by brown. Dude, even if you see some amber trichomes, when there's no bud, don't even THINK about it. Your plant is still (in flowering terms) a baby, it's what, 8 weeks old, just started flowering basically? I mean, unless you plan on only smoking leaves. You shouldn't even be thinking about trichomes at that stage.

Milky Trichs are when thc is at its highest, wait until 50% turn Amber and that will increase the body high CBD effect you are seeking. Good luck 👍🍀
