You can put auto seeds right into the soil, otherwise I would choose the solo cup.
Water a day before planting and you don't have to water the first week.

If you want fast growing babies this is what I do. Promix HP in a small planter or a cup. Run ph'ed water through. Plant the seed, pointy end up and when they sprout, the next day I give them 400 ppm, next week 500 ppm. After the 10th day their usually ready to be transplanted to their final home and the roots and plant are ready to accept the amended soil, if your growing in soil. Cheers

Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency. Thoughts?These seedlings are growing with nicely but I have noticed some slight dis-coloration on the seedlings once the domes came during hardening, medium is moist and light PPFD is hovering around 220-250, avg day temps are 24c and night temps are 22c, using RO water.
