Thanks for uploading the photos. The indeed look a little stunted, and I can see where one was stretching for light, but I don't see anything irreversible! Depending on the soil environment your ph may be a bit high. 7 may work for a super soil, but if it's a soilless mix that ph is going to be really high. Twisted, stunted growth usually makes me worry about cal-mag, but that can depend on a lot of factors such as the growing medium and water source. The pots are very large, so make sure you are not overwatering. Center watering small amounts is key in this case, but don't overdo nutrients while only watering in the center as you won't be able to "flush" nutrient salts out of the soil. I would pick up a suitable vegetative fertilizer, like you were saying. Mix and ph it to 6.5-6.7. Keep the concentrations very low at first, like less the a quarter of what it says on the bottle. If you are measuring ec, .4-.6 is where I would top out. If you are able to transplant to a small pot for now, doing so has risks of damaging the plant further but could make it a lot easier to fully water through with nutrients and maintain a good watering regime at this stage. Your call on that front. Hope this helps, and I hope those sweet babies recover well! Happy growing 🙂

Just adding here, Mud868 is correct. My fertilization advice is if the soil has no fertilizers already. Many grow mediums are "soiless" meaning that there are no nutrients in them. In that case any water soluble multi purpose would be fine at this stage. An all in one dry fertilizer like jr Peterson's or megacrop is simple and economical. Or go tried and true the then GH flora trio. If it is a soil/potting mix you are using that already has nutrients you don't need to be feeding anything. Soil, contains sufficient nutrients already, can often get you to flowering with nothing but water. If you're not sure what kind of soil you are using try looking at the ingredients for things like worn castings, blood/bone meal, etc. If it contains those it already had nutrients. Similarly, if the soil lists an NPK value (6-2-4 is an example of an NPK ratio) it already has nutrients. In this case don't add anything but water yet.

hey, another note: I agree with Cheeba_Inu , except that you should not feed them anything at this stage, (if that is normal soil with nutes in it.) even with light soil for seedlings. re pot in small cups, wait for them to root through, then re pot in bigger, or maybe already the final pot, and then do not feed them for another 4 weeks, cause this size of pot cointains enough nutes for the whole veg-phase. you could correct ph though. not feeding them at this stage, will cause the roots to grow faster, as they search for new nutes.

what light are you using? try potting them in small pots first. the problem with big pots is that you have to be very sensitive with the right amount of watering. looks like they got it either too dry or too wet, or both in combination. maybe also ph problems, ph 7 is a bit high, and if your tap water has too much carbonate in it, you will get problems like nute lockout pretty fast. in general it is good for small seedlings to start with really small little pots, cause as soon as they rooted through the whole pot, the rootball will not rot away , cause rootss will get enough o2, in a pot this big, you can't really water right. and soil that stays wet for too long will cause problems with ph and root problems like root rot. basically when youre re-potting plants, especially seedlings with sensitive roots, you want to achieve a fast root-through-pot (sorry can't think of the right word) this way you automatically know when the pot gets light it is time to do a good amount of watering till it comes out at the bottom, and the plant will be able to suck it out in no time, of the whole pot and not drown in a wet mess, cause roots are everywhere.:)

Thrive won't be the norm nute that I indeed to use, I stupidly thought I could use it until I got more suitable fertilizer.

I am sorry to hear there are some problems with your girls! Unfortunately, without photos there could be too many potential causes, and if I give you the wrong advice I could make matters worse for you. You could post a diary of them, and I will do my best to diagnose them. Alternatively, you can DM me a way to view them and I will try to help. Lastly, you can try growweedeasy.com as they have a flow chart for diagnosing plant issues which may helpful if you are not able to post a photo. Hope this helps, happy growing! 👍🌱
