Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency. Thoughts?

These seedlings are growing with nicely but I have noticed some slight dis-coloration on the seedlings once the domes came during hardening, medium is moist and light PPFD is hovering around 220-250, avg day temps are 24c and night temps are 22c, using RO water.

calcium and magnesium are 2 different cations used in the plant.. they are not tied together. you cannot see an Mg deficiency until 30-35+ days after the problem starts, so definitely not that with a young plant, at least not visible. that looks genetic. hopefully it goes away in the newer growth, but when i have something like that continue beyond the initial leaves, it's usually not worth growing. This is why you should plant 133-150% of what you need to fill the space so you can throw out the weak and the defective.

Genetic dud.......too young to have deficiencies. Not worth wasting your time with.....start again. Always plant more seeds than you think you will need in case of duds.

I've seen stuff like this on plants that had a weird soil or root stress. try and give it some extra TLC and see how it goes, if it does not snap out of it start again, its likely to be a waist of your time if you keep it and it does not inprove.
