I noticed some orange/red colors on the leaves is this normal? What caused it?

That's often genetic and/or related to phosphorus, heat, light.
Shouldn't have to worry about it at that stage, though it might be an indicator of slight phosphorus uptake issues, as the plant tends to use a fair amount of phosphorus for rooting.
