The other thing about yield, with shit like topping and LST is that the yield is actually quite a bit less than specified. Coz there's more leaf and stem material weighed as "dry weight". Derp.

Another thing, photoperiod plants do fine up to around 18/6 lighting (give or take). Because summer, and some areas get a lot of light. 12/12 for photoperiods isn't particularly clever, imo. Coz their ideal growth is from spring to autumn. As a generalization, starts off at around 10/14, ends at around 10/14, but in the peak, "good" time, it's more like 16/8. If you took a look at the lighting in say, a heavily lit area, that's much more than 12 hours light a day.

About the most useful thing I've found, is actually supporting plants, rather than stressing them. Like idgaf if your pot of soil is 100% roots, it means there's no nutrients for it take up. Maybe it made more roots because it was just air around it so it was searching for nutrients? No, people consider that sort of thing. It's about balance and efficiency. What's the point of having a plant with 10cm trunk, huge amount of effort, imposition...yet it grows like 50cm tall in a 20 gallon pot and yields like 100-200g. I lol at that shit. Though especially, if it's meant for breeding (you know, like progress). Most people just do things to their plants having no idea of the implications, having never observed or considered natural growth. The plants grow as they do, because it's the best way to. And you (whoever you are) "thinking" that some other tard knows how plants should grow, contrary to their natural growth is not particularly bright. But I do know people have HUGE insecurity issues, needing to impose and shit. Less is more hey. Nature knows what it's doing, far better than you ever could. And those plants, are products of nature, much as you are a product of nature.

ORGANOMAN... Regarding the defoliation, I could apply that generally to plant growth. Like I don't top plants, I don't LST them. Why? Coz they got enough shit to deal with, without me being "clever" and they grow outdoors. How many people understand that topping a plant, you know that cola it made that you removed, irreversibly changes hormonal balance and has chromosomal effects, too?

Your problem is the massive defoliation you did in week 9, this drastically reduced your plants capacity to make energy, freaking it out and stopping all thoughts of flowering for weeks. Further leaf removal has/will just compound the problem. Defoliation, in my opinion, is such a bad idea that there should be laws against it! There is nothing you can do at this stage, if it is an auto, leave it at 18/6, but if it is a photoperiod plant, leave it at 12/12. You can't expect a plant that has lost 90% of its leaves to grow normally. If your plant did not NEED all those leaves that you removed, it would not have grown them in the first place! Just remember - Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy production = maximum growth and maximum health. Your plant not flowering normally is not the fault of the seed or the breeder, but your fault for removing nearly every leaf. Each leaf is like a solar panel. Less solar panels = less energy, which then leads to less/slower growth. In future, try only removing yellow leaves, for by the time they are yellow, they have served their purpose. Hope this helps,............. Organoman.

Just keep at it, it'll flower soon. And again I urge people to NOT make drastic lighting changes at a time, gradually change lighting whether going less or more. As soon as it shows actual flowers developing, start upping the lighting back to 18/6, but do it over a few days (imo). Like an hour extra a day.

"Light cycle doesn’t change anything with an Automatic flowering. Keep it on 18/6. If it takes too long to start flowering, the strain is probably unstable. " We previously established that plant is NOT an auto flower, even though he was told it is.
