Little/young developing seeds will be white crinkly balls.
The pre flowers/primordia on the stems are 3-4 weeks older than the rest of the flowers, so are naturally much larger and not a sign of fertilization. It is also completely normal to have some of the older pistils turning brown/orange at the stage your plant is at.
She is fine, no need to cut anything off, even if you do have seeds, they will not migrate into other flowers, seeds need pollen to form and can not form on their own due to stress or any other action.
For pictures of what hermaphroditic flowers look like, go to my diary "cannabis conundrums" where I have posted many pictures of some of the weird and wonderful things cannabis plants are capable of doing.
I am sure your plant will be just fine and after looking at my pictures, you will know what to look for and be able to identify any male flowers or bananas that may or may not form on your plant. For stress to cause hermaphroditic plants, it is an extreme event sustained over many days/weeks, and a couple of under watering episodes is highly unlikely to cause enough stress to "freak" your plant out and for it to then grow male flowers.
Hope this helps,........
