Hi mate, I dont see any stretch, suggesting light is sufficient. If I had to guess, I'd probably say it's a watering issue. I stunted one of my plants for 4 weeks. (The back one in my photos) she picked up massively. So yours will I'm sure, if its watering. What is you water PH and how much and how often are you feeding? What is your pot size? If I were you I'd make a diary it makes it a lot easier to get help 🙂

The pot is pretty big. If it’s an Autoflower then I’d say it’s not a healthy plant. If not then she may recover. Maybe repot in a smaller pot, watch the water and she how she does in a week. If she not improving then she’s prob not going to.

Looks pretty dry, might want to give some more water but at the same time if that's 6 weeks they are lagging severely. She will likely pick up momentum and hopefully has just been building wild roots under there. That's a pretty big pot to start in(assuming it's a photoperiod) I'd probably start a couple more and let her do her thing. Hopefully she picks up and gets going but if not atleast you already started the replacements

Could just be a dud seed, sometimes they’ll pop but just really struggle from then on out
