If it takes so long, your seed wasn't autoflowering. It's probably photoperiod. Autos don't take that long. 3 to 4 weeks is normal.

Super skinny leaves on the top colas in contrast to the lower fan leaves. Is it just new bud/flower growth, or a lighting, humidity, or nutes issue, or a combo?
Humidity isn't above 60RH.
