Defoliate or not (autoflower)

Should I defoliate some of my larger fan leaves on this autoflower? If so, at what point during growth should I do that? This is my first grow so another question is if it’s even worth me defoliating.

No, I would not remove anything at this point. Auto's are on a fixed schedule so you want the plant to have as many solar collectors to build strength and energy for flowering. After flowering begins then you can look at it again and start training, tucking and then removing leaves if it's really necessary.

At the moment I would leave them on and move them out the way of the nodes so they get more light. If you have a stubborn leaf that blocks more leaves light then yes.

30 days into flower: Is canopy too thick?I'm 30 days into flower. Bottom 1/3rd of plants were pruned. Is canopy too thick at this point?
