How do I get more control over flowering start outdoors? In my location, the 12 hours of darkness begins September 25th. 😎 The average chance of frost begins September 15. This year it was earlier.
Should I grow auto-flowers outdoors?

The technic to control the flowering is called light deprivation.... . The techinc means you give your plant earlier darkness, than the sun does. You can do it like... having your plant in pots, and take them inside after 12 hours, and back in the morning.... in the meantime they stand in a dark place. Or you have a growingtent, that you an close. Big mj "factories" build long tunnels for their weed, and in early evening they give darkness to their plants. This way they can harvest 2 times a year outdoors. Iam looking for pictures and add them in the comments

Yes of course because the autoflowering start their flowering automatically to harvest it on September 15 you just plant it on August 1

Is it time for light defoliation?These plants are all 4 almost 5 weeks since seed. Top leaves on the large one at the back are shadowing those beneath it. A couple leaves at the bottom are extremely limp due to not receiving enough light. Is it time for a light defoliation? How do I distinguish which leaves?

Week 7 SCROG vs Defoliation questionI'm in the middle of week 6 of flower, both strains are expected to finish at 8 or 9 weeks. Plants are crowded. Buds aren't as big as I was expecting. I'm not sure if I should leave the SCROG canopy to boost the crowns, or defoliate to get more light to the lower bud sites.
