Correct, wait until 90-95% brown pistils/hairs.
Having the light above the plants would speed things up, although that may be impossible.

Don't worry they will soon bulk up. When you have 80 to 90% brown hairs it's time for the flush. Would say your a bit off that.

Autos - pistil colour, timing, and bud expectationsOne of my autos is seeing a lot of pistil colouration already. I am in approx week 4 of bloom. Can I expect more bud growth, new pistils, or is this a sign that this is more or less as big as we're gonna get? I know with photos pistils can appear in waves as buds fatten. TIABuds. Not fattening
