Buds and overall growth issue

i want to say its down to genetics also its impossible to treat all plants the same unless in a lab growing in vitro, a slight difference in what you do could have massive differences over time etc.... unless they are cloned from the same plant then they arnt the same plant and here needs are different, i personally would give this 1 more P,K and see hoe she responds. hope this helps. good luck
