Given the photos provided, it looks to be female.
I can see a small pistil off of that one node.

Some green showing on the dirt around the main stemI noticed there is some kind of green (like very tiny plants) forming around the main stem of the plant. No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her
