Will this damage my plants?So, I figured out a solution to my ph prob. So, I refiltered the water twice and it was still hitting 7.8. Well FML, pop goes the main stem.Trying to bend a little bit more, then that dreaded sound, "pop". Like snapping a fresh carrot it is the sound of heart break.
The tie had likely weakened that part of the stem, shouldn't be so aggressive.
Any suggestions on how to nurse this break and mend my broken heart?

Flushing TimeA bit late I know but just wanna confirm I've done the right thing flushing now? Gave up on fattening up plant 1's buds, the stem break has had clear lasting effects. Despite both being rootbound, plant 2 looks healthy. Thoughts anyone (apologies for the image quality)?

I read that you can slow down vertical growth by ring barking, which means putting a collar on the stem before flowering. Has anyone used this method? Does it work? Are there any nuances or tricks? Is it worth keeping clones from a plant that went hermi?Was looking for a new mother and right before going to flower I took clones. On the third week of flower both plants went hermi. Is there any point of trying the clones again or is the line now compromised and I should start with new seeds? Don't want to waste time. Thanks6y ago
