You can and some strains go dream but mostly it's not recommended. Autos just don't get the recovery time they need heading into flower. On YouTube the channel FromSeedtoStoned covered the topic really well.

He visto un vídeo donde hablan de defoliación y poda de bajo luego de pasar las plantas a 12/12, he leido que una vez se coloca las plantas a florecer nono debería; ahora mismo tengo unas plantas que llevan 5 días que las pase a 12/12 y tengo debajo de la malla unas ramas que no llevan luz y en la parte de arriba unas hojas muy grandes que paran el paso de la luz, puedo defoliar y hacer poda de bajos al 7mo dia?Other. New nodes after topping very small, should I top more?I topped my plants a few days ago, but just the tips when the side nodes where just as little as a few mm. I've seen a lot of you topping like a whole bunch of the top. I mainlined my plants but I dont know if I should top them again so the nodes under the top become main nodes.6y ago
