For a few hours yesterday the humidity in my grow space went up to 90%!
Should i be on the lookout for any issues?
The fan in the tent came loose from the pipe. Thankfully nothing was damaged. Fixed it afterwards.

A few hours won't affect anything much, unless you are near harvesting, but if you keep the humidity low from now on, there should be no issues at all.
A plant growing outdoors that gets rained on (100% humidity) does not suddenly freak out, so a few hours of high humidity is nothing to your plants.

Is high humidity at night bad for cannabis?During day, I can maintain the grow room temperature to 75-77'F and humidity 55-65%.
