Hi everyone, what are these white dots on the pistils, they come out with every cultivation, can anyone help me?

The white dried parts at the top of the pitils is probably "light burn" caused by excessive defoliation.
Increased air movement may help to prevent this, but defoliation is the culprit.
Remember, ALL of the plants energy to grow and function comes from the leaves.
Leaf removal means less energy for growth and health.
Less leaves does not enhance "energy assimilation" or nutrient efficiency........this is biologically impossible.

Fast yellowing in older and middle leaves, small buds.Hi guys, I need your help on this one, this is a completely organic grow under a FC-6500 light which is 60cm at 100% power, it can't be light stress because the tops are fine.This yellowing happened fast in the span of 4 days.PH shouldn't be an issue since I calibrate regurarly.

Example something like in the photo connected to an air duct and then to a carbon filter?

Removing of Big Leafs in Flower Phase ????Does it make sense to remove large leaves in the flowering phase to give the plant the opportunity to send more energy into the flowers or should you leave the larger leaves on because the plant also photosynthesises through them.
