Because you can control the speed you're best getting 6 inch. 4 would do, 8 is overkill, 6 is just right, (think goldilocks and the 3 bears) ya need to think of the future too, trust me lol. You may have a bigger space later on. I've got a 6 inch rvk in a 5x3x7 ft groom and I run it on 2/5 on a variac controller. Passive intake hole is just under 1 ft Sq. So passive intake and a 6 inch fan, you're good. Those cloudline are fuckin awesome btw, seen at least 6 ppl buy em elsewhere, good luck mate

They are great fans. I have several and I love them. I think Mr_Cannab1sr advice is good. I like to run the fans in the lower part of their range like speed 3 or 4. At that speed the fan is nearly silent and a 4" in a 3x3 would be a good balance. The 4" will work for your 4x4 but you may have to run the fan at 6 or 9 which will be more noisy. With a 6" you can move the same amount of air at a slower speed (quiet) and it leaves you more horsepower in reserve in case you need to move more air. Don't even think of going cheap and get the manual speed control. Get the digital controller! It is incredible. Set a temperature and humidity and the fan will automatically work to keep the tent where you want it.
