I find seeds in my life pant

I have occasionally had the odd seed when doing an auto. I generally think it's from over stressing my plants. I wouldn't worry to much about it unless you have male organs on any plants, in which case you will end up with lots of seeds. As far as seeds go that the plant has produced just throw them away. If you plant hermied a little to produce the seeds then the seeds will be no good as they probably be hermies.

No it is not normal, there must be at least one male flower somewhere, otherwise there can't be any seeds. Male flowers may have been caused by stress brought on by defoliating while in flower. Defoliation just reduces your plants capacity to produce energy, slowing growth and potentially leading to smaller flowers/plants too. Massive defoliation causes a huge shock to a plants metabolism, as though its life may be in danger, and as a survival instinct the plant may produce male flowers. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Plants can throw a nanner here and there, trying to fulfill her life. It's called hermaphrodite, but if it's just a nanner here and there and no wind blowing, the seeds made should be local to where the nanner was. If you have seeds everywhere then it's a hermie and your potency will diminish as the seeds ripen. If seeded all over, I would harvest. If not then watch for the nanners and remove them as you find.
