Mold or red pheno?

Hello i have got a question is it mold or just a pink/red pheno? i noticed it today with lights on they have 28*C and 35-45% humidity, with lights off they have 18*C and up to 70%80% humidity, im working to lower this but wonder if its too late ???

How long till harvest?Buds are definitely growing. I was just wondering if someone coud guesstimate how long I will have to wait till I can saw it down. at average weather conditions of about 17 celcius lower 60´s frisian dew. Excuse for the quality of Photographs. Need a real camera.

Prioritise mature buds, vs the younguns? Bare in mind I HAVE a 85w (To my 125w in use) - It's just not mounted yet, and economically dont know if I sh I have plants germ' at the same time but in different stages of life.Is it recommended to decrease to 10 hours Light (125w LED - IR/UV/Full Spectrum) JUST for the 4 plants that are ready, which'll weaken the younguns. Pics 1 & 2 show sort of my problem, there are younger 1s still
