Hi, I can't for the life of me figure out what's the problem with this bubblegum auto. We check soil dryness with a stick, use nutrients once every three days or so. Ph for everything soil and water is a low 6. I feel like it's underwatered but I'm not good with reading plants

Looks chronically dehydrated to me. Use your fingers to check soil moisture, a stick will not tell you anything. Water when the top inch or so is dry and wait for the top inch is dry out gain before watering again. Make sure to water until run off, this ensures the soil is moist from top to bottom and will help prevent the build up of nutrient salts in the soil. Try using a routine of water/water/feed/water/water/feed, this is all that is required when growing in soil. Feeding too often, like every 3 days, will cause problems down the track and could possibly lead to burning. Following the plain water/plain water/ feed routine will keep the soil balanced and give your plants a chance to use up the nutrients from one feed before getting the next feed, which should occur every 7-10 days approximately. Hope this helps,............ Organoman.

Sorry to say but as this is an auto I would start again. Major stress like that will only give you a poor end product. With autos they just don't have enough time to bounce back. Leaves also look quite dark, possibly from nitrogen toxicity. Ph is king, you need the correct range for your medium you use. When watering make sure you get plenty of run off.
