Experiencing some deficiencies/light burn/heat stress. Says SSH likes hot/moist climate. Plants are planted in FFOF Soil, fed them 15oz of nutes yesterday. Using advanced nutrient systems, see above. Light is a SF1000 LED meant for a 2x2 tent. Would that burn them hanging at 20”?

Hey there Dr_GrThumb , yeah so basically FFOF Soil is "potting soil" except there's actually no soil in it. If you look at the ingredients it's actually Peat Moss. Peat Moss is "mined" in marsh lands , it's a sort of unsustainable aternative to coco that holds water for longer, so it's actually a soil LESS medium... strange but true i've seen it a thousand times, even made the same 'mistake' myself. So what happened is the amended peat moss was a bit too hot for the plant, hence the burnt tips, also it lacked micro nutrients , hence some of the discoloration, it holds water for longer hence some challenges to get the watering right. The good news is you're adding nutrients, careful on the NPK, keep feeding micro like it's a soil less medium , you might want to switch your additives like B52 and voodoo juice out and replace with humic or fluvic acid once you reach flower , but appart from that, the problem will fix itself now that you know about it. Hope this helps ! 🚀

PPM/Ec/TDS issue? That's a lot of supplement for an early vegging autoflower. But as DasBoof points out, you are essentially growing weed in a bog, as I've never used that particular grow medium and I am far from a seasoned grower, my knowledge is quite limited. Hope your plants recover. Good luck!

I run Happy Frog and don’t feed mine anything until the last week of veg, then some grow to get through the stretch. Then bloom nutes through flower. Also look into VPD. Once I got that dialed in, I’ve had minimal issues. Happy growing 😎🤘🏼

Hello there, the tips and very vivid green isn’t coming from the light or heat stress. If You look at your Bottom fan leaves you can see that they are locked out and not receiving any nutrients u are giving it. Check your ph and see what you are giving them. The number of that added to whatever your ph already is in the soil is locking out something crucial. It’s rather 7.0 or higher or 5.9 or less. Most of the time it looks like a nitrogen Or heat stress problem when it’s not. I myself have burned tips because of this error. Check your runoff and use distilled water only for feeding and use an eighth of whatever it recommends. Especially auto flowers. Good luck hope this helps

Your light is at a fine distance keep a really close eye on you PH levels as if they are out you will get nutrient lockout so ph the water and test the run off best of luck with your grow 🙏

Hello doc first your light must be between 18 and 24" so at 20 you are good. Then your feeding schedule seems good so continue and careful with the distance of your light. Good luck. Bye
