Hi, I would like some help in identifying whether it is deficiency or end of life? and why the plant got so low?

Yes, end of life.
Pot is a bit small, 15 litres much better.
120 watt light really is on the "not enough" list too.
Having the fan blowing directly on the plant is not ideal either, try to have it blowing between the light and the plant, just so the top of the plant has slight movement.
Please read the answer I gave MDMA99 (yellow leaves?) on a very similar question to yours, a few questions up the page to your question, it contains information that you may find useful.

She is probably coming to the end. Start flushing for 2 weeks then give her the chop. 7L pot is probably a bit on the small side even for an auto. With your lights your probably better off following the manufacturer recommend hights.

Is this yellowing normal? Probably because of LST?I am growing my plant with LST and some of the lower fan leaves have been moved down in the shadow.

Yellow leavesHi guys, unfortunately because of an emergency I had to leave my 2 babys with some friends for three weeks. At the bottom some yellow leaves and like burning signs. Very droppy leaf, I don't think i over watered it. Yellow/dying leafs on the bottom.Hello, i had to left my plant for 4 days, i watered it a bit just before I left. Now she is all very droppy and has some of her lower leaf that are yellow / dying. Should I water it? Remove the yellow dying leaf?

Lockout or deficiency?I have an issue with a girl.
Newbie alert.
I feel it’s either calcium def or nut lockout.
I fed with 1/2 rec BAC grow feed and it didn’t get better, so 2 days after I gave a flush of fresh water.
