Re-germination for a failure seed?

My 4th feminized Northern Lights seed didn’t germinate sadly 😒
It kinda grew a small tail and after that I planted it. the tip of it peeked out of the soil but somehow it withered.
Any methods how I could make it germinate and grow? Or just dump it and wait for the cutting?

🤣🤣 like organomans response. Yeah it's a dead, either take cutting from the ones that made it or pop another seed.

No, unless you have a direct line to God, nothing will bring a withered and dead seed back to life.
