I think I see what you're asking about - the double leaves coming from the first node? That's just the plant sending up a branch that will have more bud sites on it... perfectly normal and good!

If u talk about the first little leaves at the bottom it is normal.it has done it's purpose.the rest looks nice green.dont think u have to worry about it..
