Purple/dark under the seedling leaves

Is this normal about genetics that one of my Fem NL seedling has purple/dark under the leaves? Only one of them has this dark color under the leaves, rest of them looks like always before 🧐

Leaf underside Veins going purple So the plant I was worried might have a cal-mag deficiency coming on had slightly more yellow leaf middles and undersides. Possible overfeeding nutes?Could someone possibly identify the issue on that one leaf? I had another like that a bit worse that where the edges started to curl. They were fan leaves so I ended up removing them as they were a bit worse off. Doing much better now, only guess is too much nutes.

Starting to fade? Or nutrient deficiency?One of my plants has several fan leaves that are turning yellow/purple, and I can't tell if it's low on N or starting to fade.
