Auto still not flowering after 3 months

Definitely not auto flower if it is 3 months old and without flowers. It does not matter if you grow indoor or outdoors, proper autos will begin flowering after 3-5 weeks, regardless of where they are. This is why I hate autos, too many unstable genetics! Not much you can do but wait until the days get shorter with the approaching Fall, which should trigger flowering. Hope this helps, Organoman.
