keep it simple.. .you need different intensity lights for vege and bloom -- don't worry so much outside a full spectrum that provides what is used in photosynthesis. So, if oyou want 1 light start to finish, make sure it has a dimming option on it... otherwise, you'll do better with 2 lights and save a bit of electricity early on with a weaker one for vege -- when you run vege lights for 16 to 24 hours, you don't need as intense light as you do over just "12" hours in bloom. Get something with teh samsung LM301 diodes (B or H.. H costs more for absolutely no reason). if it tosses in a handful of red 660nm diodes, that's awesome too. These have the best efficacy of what you can get out there. they are worth the additional up front cost, because it will save you every month you own them for 5-7 years if treated well and has decent heat dissipation. compared to cheap, hot lights you find on amazon, you'll save 33% or more off your electric bill. use algebra. compare efficacy. If they don't list efficacy, it is a trash product 99% of the time. umol/s umol/s * J*-1 ppf ppfd par.. learn these terms https://www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com/pages/par-ppf-ppfd-and-dli-uncovered don't buy there stuff, just read there formulas, lol.. first thing i found on google... never looked at that site before, but the technical info on these terms is solid.

There's a great, very simple guide on this website you should read through first under the journal section. I can't stress enough how important it is to do several hours of research before beginning to grow! It's alot to take in so take notes, print things off, take pictures etc. Try to have a basic understanding first and anyone here can give you some sound advice when needed. Approximately because you're on a budget you're still going to want £200/300 to start you off🌱👍Good luck

Hey mate, I popped you some messages through the DMs. In case you don't read these: Get a somewhat decent grow tent that doesnt fall apart after first use, there are some good brands out there that do useable budget tents - Mars Hydro, Secret Jardin, DiamondBox etc. Just dont go for the REALLY cheap ones, they usually leak light and destroy themselves during the grow ;) As for the light, my first grow was with a 25W china blurple LED in a CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP 40x40 and it still turned out to be 13g. Which, over 14 weeks using only 25W of light actually meant a great ratio of 0.5g/watt on my first grow lol. It is VERY IMPORTANT to get a GOOD QUALITY active carbon filter and exhaust fan to filter your air. Believe me, these plants can be smelt in the whole neighborhood otherwise: Inform yourself about exhaust systems and buy one. They might seem expensive but they are definitely a 100% necessity! Basically: - Grow Tent - 60-100€ depending on quality and size - Grow Light - depends on your energy bill and amount of plants. For one small plant, a 100w LED would be great, dont buy the cheap low quality blue/red china lights from amazon though. I would recommend the Mars Hydro TS 600. Got it myself and its amazing. Higher quality and efficacy would be Spider Farmer (SF-600 e.g.) Or check out ViparSpectra or Phlizon for decent budget lights - their names being 600, 1000, 2000 etcs is just marketing, look at the actual power consumption !!! Exhaust: I would recommend an exhaust set including fan, filter, tubing and connection stuff, usually costs around 40-50€ Ventilation: Just find something in your apartment that moves air around, computer fan could be enough already if you connect it to a 12v adapter and hang it. Otherwise little clip fan for 15€ off ebay. "Don't forget these" bucket list: - good soil (8€ / 15l) - pots (1€ / pc) - would recommend at least 9l of volume - seeds from good and reliable seed banks - ~7-12€ / pc - good fertilizer (I would recommend organic, its more forgiving... and its organic !!!) - BioBizz Try pack for 25€ e.g. - electronic or mechanical timer (to set light on-off times) - 10 - 25€ Everything else you MIGHT need (not necessary for the grow itself): - pH tester of some sort - 15€ - little 100x magnification loupe to check trichomes - 10€ - power strip (to connect everything together) I know it's a huge text and list, but I wanted to help if you are completely new :) Hope I could help, Peace and good luck (and dont worry too much its literally a weed after all lol)
