Will these leaves recover

I left my auto home for 5 days alone and gave a feed before I left. Was dry when I got back but has almost fully recovered in about 12 hours.
A few of the leaves have not recovered and I'm wondering if they will or not.

There's a possibility they will bounce back, when iv underwater I find the lower leaves seem to bounce back quicker.

Too late to trim leaves leaves on auto?I’ve heard it can be bad for the plant to trim leaves on an autoflower. I’m about half way into week 11, plant looks healthy and buds are nice but I have a bunch of leaves under the main canopy not getting much light. Is it ok to remove them?

Brown spots on healthy leavesBrown spots developped on seemingly healthy leaves during late vegetative state. She's at ~40 days old. I haven't changed her feeding habit. Soil pH is between 6 and 6.5. Water pH always making sure it is 6.5 before watering. Could it be Cal-Mag deficiency?

Green spots on the leavesI came back from a three week holiday and noticed some leaves have green spots scattered all over them.
The plant only had water and no nutrients for two weeks.
Is this due to nutrient deficiency? Or should I be worried?

Should I defoliate light-blocking leaves from my NL auto?My NL auto is at D40 and is growing well. She's developing a good lot of cola's with nice bud sites. I read around that a plant if sent into bloom and then when it was re-planted it could have lower yields ... but only if it continues to grow with a small leaf ... like this plant .. which has been growing for 1 month with only a leaf with 1 tip .... now it is returning to 3 ..5 -7 ...
