Hello again.
Here's my setup:
2 x 4 Mars Hydro Tent
260watt HLG Qb equivalent to a 600w blurple
6" Can-lite carbon filter
6" Hyperfan Stealth
2 x 6" hurricane clip on fans
5 gallon smart pot as the final pot
To get it through the seedling stage I'm using a 12 ounce solo cup to better water it. This solo cup has a slit down the middle and the bottom cut out and placed in another solo cup so that when transplant time comes I just slide it out and put it in the pot without disturbing the roots. Hoping to do this by week 2. Let's go!
- Day 1 she's finally decided to show up after soaking in a paper towel for 48 hours. Still waiting on the first set of leaves.
- Day 2 her seed shell was still stuck so I helped her shed it and she's doing well so far.
- Day 3 going well so far. Still misting for now and letting the first inch of soil dry first. We'll know if this new method is working in a couple of days.
- Day 4 first set starting to come through. Still misting for now. Fingers crossed.
- Day 5 we'll know in the next couple of days if my new method is working. Looks good so far. Still misting.
- Day 6 all good.
- Day 7 still misting. Looking good tho.
- Day 8 should've paid more attention to the roots as they were poking out of the solo cup since yesterday but since I had just watered her I decided to wait an extra day to transplant her in her 5 gal pot. All went well. Gave her 1L watering with stims after the transplant and sprinkled the planting hole with Great White and blended the soil with Roots Organics Elemental Calmag. Let's hope she doesn't suffer too much shock.
- Day 9 she's seems to have recovered well from the transplant. Fingers crossed.
- Day 10 all good thankfully. Soil still moist so no watering today.
- Day 11 1L plain watering today. Let's see how she goes.
- Day 12 all good.
- Day 13 no watering today as the soil is still moist. She's going well tho
- Day 14 1L watering with stims and some mycos today. She's looking good tho.
- Day 15 I'm in love. She's looking so pretty.
- Day 16 soil still moist so holding off on the watering today. All good tho.
- Day 17 1L plain watering today. Looking good tho
- Day 18 all is well. I'll start LST soon
- Day 19 1L watering with nutes and mycos. I'll start her cal mag supplement next week. Looking good tho
- Day 20 all is well.
- Day 21 did some LST on her and gave her 1L watering.
- Day 22 all good. Had to train her a little more but she's going really well.
- Day 23 1L plain watering today. She's going well tho
- Day 24 all good
- Day 25 1L plain watering today
- Day 26 all good
- Day 27 1L watering with nutes and mycos today.
- Day 28 all good
- Day 29 2L plain watering today as she just started to flower a couple of days ago.
- Day 30 all good. She's adjusted to the 2L watering well
- Day 31 gave her only 1L plain watering to sync her watering with her sisters in the tent by tomorrow. Gave a light defoliation too.
- Day 32 2L plain watering today.
- Day 33 all is well
- Day 34 2L watering with nutes, mycos and calmag today.
- Day 35 all good
- Day 36 2L plain watering today
- Day 37 all is well. I'll definitely use more calmag next grow to get rid of the purple stems
- Day 38 2L plain watering today and some LST just to open her up a bit
- Day 39 all is well
- Day 40 2L watering with nutes, mycos and calmag today.
- Day 41 all good
- Day 42 2L plain watering today and a little defoliation
- Day 43 all is well
- Day 44 2L plain watering today. Noticed some of the top most leaves are getting a bit of a purple tinge. Hope it's not a deficiency.
- Day 45 all good. Purple is starting to become more pronounced. Hmmm.... :-/
- Day 46 gave her a 2L watering with nutes, mycos and calmag. The purple has seemed to spread so I've upped the nutes a bit.
- Day 47 all is well. Still purple and I'm hoping it's just genetics.
- Day 48 2L plain watering and a bit of defoliation today
- Day 49 all good
Hi, as you are feedinga big number of stuff, i wont go with any defiency.....If your PH is correct, the plant is able to absorb all nutes very well. i chek again and write you something in the comments later.....normally purpeling can have a lot of reasons, the easiest one is a genetic relation . but it can have la lot of resons starting from beeing stressed, a salt builtup, so she cant aborb.... up to your mentioned phosphorous def.
- Day 50 2L plain watering today. Calyxes have started showing and she's packing on the frost.
- Day 52 2L watering with nutes, mycos and calmag today. She's getting frosty!
- Day 53 all good
- Day 54 2L plain watering today and a bit of defoliation of the fan leaves. She's really starting to pack on the weight now.
- Day 55 all is well
- Day 56 2L plain watering today
- Day 57 all is well
- Day 58 2L watering with nutes, mycos and calmag. She's looking great tho. By far one of my best grows.
- Day 59 she's going really well. Already starting to smell like a GSC I smoked before.
- Day 60 2L plain watering today. She's smelling super sweet. Can't wait! Slight bit of leaf taco'ing but it's cuz I moved her around the tent as she's the only tenant in there at the moment.
- Day 61 all is well
- Day 62 2L plain watering today.
- Day 63 all good
- Day 64 2L plain watering today. She looks about ready. I'll decide this weekend if she's time to flush. Been having germination issues lately so hopefully she should have two sisters in the tent with her by tomorrow fingers crossed.
- Day 65 all is well
- Day 66 2L plain watering today. She's 100% milky so decided to start her flush and harvest by end of the week. She's by far the fastest and prettiest girl I've ever grown.
- Day 67 all is well. Letting her do her thing.
- Day 68 2L plain watering today. The last watering before harvest.
- Day 69 all good
- Day 70 all good
She's got some really fat buds that have a lovely sweet smell to it. By far one of my best grows to date.
Easy to train and easy to wet trim. She's now been placed in the dry box and we await the testers to see the flavor profile.
Update 1: she's finished drying mostly. Think I jarred her a day earlier than I should've but I'll keep burping her jar for a little longer.
Unfortunately she's my lowest yielding plant ever but man she tastes out of this world.
Notes of earthiness and sweets when smoking so it's a lovely flavor. Can't wait for the 2 week cure and then I'll give a final update. Can't wait to grow more from Mephisto.
Update 2: she's finished curing and she tastes really nice. I know I say this about every strain but this one is predominantly earthy but also a sweet note to the flavor. Almost like it's got a hint of chocolate to it?
The high is a nice sociable one if you don't smoke too much. But if you do end up smoking a lot of it it'll give you a couch lock effect for sure.
Really enjoyed this one. Very different to the other cookie strains I've tried in the past and one of my favourites so far.
She was an easy plant to grow. Could've done with a little more bloom nutes in the early stages but she's really not that fussy.
Overall I was expecting a little more in terms of wet weight so I'll wait for the dry weight to give my final verdict.
Update: unfortunately her dry weight was disappointing but Damn she was one tasty plant to grow.
Each time I rolled one up it's like you're experiencing it for the first time. Predominantly earthy notes but she's got a lovely sweet and almost chocolate taste to it once she's dried and cured properly.
I'm most definitely going to grow this one again soon. One of my favorite cookie strains that is not like any other.
Hi ive been looking for the ancestors of forum stomper, there is a lot of afghan kush/ kush at all. and those may cause the purpeling... but you can give her a nice flush, if some saltbuilitups may be the reason... but for me she look healthy.. you can look on GWE for some pictures to compare by yourself

She looks to be doing pretty good after the transplant. I got some of the Mephisto Mystery Mix and an really hoping this is one of the strains I pop. Will be following along to se how it all goes. Keep up the great work and best of luck with the rest of the grow!
I just popped some cosmic queen and ripley og. I need to know how to feed my gals. I have a bottle of fish shit, the whole flora expert series and the emerald harvest 2-part system w/ honey chrome, king kola, root wizard, emerald goddess and so on. Can anyone help me make a feed chart for autoflowers? More specifically Mephisto auto plants.
@andrewtho84, Hey man. I don't have any experience with the flora expert but what I've read online is that you should start at half or even a quarter dose of the recommended dosage as per their feeding chart. Can't specifically day what meph strains need since each are different but usually the more indica heavy they are the more nutes they can take. The more sativa the less nutes. But that's just from my limited experience.
@andrewtho84, hey man. Don't have any experience with flora expert. They don't have a feed chart online? Usually with Autos you have to half the dosage or even quarter it. Then increase slowly over the grow.
