I want to do my first SOG...I do it from seed... Is 2-3 weeks of vegetation enough and is it better 5 liter pots or 3 liter pots under 600w HPS?

Should I plant my autoflower out in full ground at end of week 5?My autoflower just started week 5 and she's looking really healthy. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to plant it out into full ground by the end of this week. Weather is supposed to be 20+ °C by then. Canopy VS plant base temp general comments or suggestionsThe canopy is a warm at 30c but at the base of the plant it's around 24c. I haven't seen any issues yet (the claw is weird genetics - unchanged) any idea on yeild impact? I can lower it but it will lower the humidity to ~30%. Night temp 18c.
