I want to do my first SOG...I do it from seed... Is 2-3 weeks of vegetation enough and is it better 5 liter pots or 3 liter pots under 600w HPS?

5 litre pots are perfect for short veg 2-3 weeks should be plenty

How to introduce more lights into environment - pic is with new light installed, hard to notice a difference,Introducing a new grow light in week six. Still vegging. Do you think this will be too much shock for my plants given their stages of growth? Auto flower?Out of all my plants only the one of them has really shown this much progression with flowering sites. Is it flowering already before I switched the lights? If so does that make it an auto flower? Also will it hurt my plant to have not changed to 12-12 yet?
