It is almost impossible for a dehumidifier in a tent with a vent fan to keep the humidity down. The air in the tent is being changed much faster than the dehumidifier can handle. You often have to humidity control the room so the air being sucked into the tent is lower humidity. Small Peltier dehumidifiers are almost useless. They simply cannot get relative humidity low enough. You really need a compressor style dehumidifier to approach the recommended 50% RH for flower.

Homedepot or Lowes, sell models around 150 that will do the job. I had to get one, the heat and humidity are too strong right now. I'm growing in a crawl space and the only way I can control it is with one. I bought one and it's the best thing I ever did, no more worries of mold at any time.

If the humidity is just high like that in the tent then add a more powerful air intake and exhaust, or leave the tent open when the lights are on. There are also bags you can buy to absorb humidity.
