what do you mean "folded" you bent it over? I am looking through your diaries, one thing I am noting is all the seedlings have side support. Shouldn't be the case. This means the light you are using are either to far from your plants or too weak and the light spectrum is not to the plant's need. I think it's the 1st one. Also soil looks very wet! Make sure to water only when the soil is dry and the pot feels light to lift, and when you water, make sure to get some run off water in your bottom try, to avoid ph changes and nutrient buildup. For a 3 week old looks very small and stressed. At this stage the best advise I can give is "less is more" - make sure you lower the lights or dim up the power in them, after watering, just leave it be for 3-4 days. Have a fan or an oscillating fan gently blowing on her. Cannabis is a very resistant plant! hard to kill once it's germinated. Take it easy and they'll recover! keep the diary updated ! All the best!

try if somehow you can get the soil to dry well, maybe too much water, and also check the distance of the lamp, if you live in a place with mild temperatures you can try to keep it outside in the sun to dry everything, however I recommend just stop and don't give it water or nutrients, you can try this and cross your fingers, I would also advise you to change the soil. l.important and try to stress it as little as possible, I think in the end there will do it. A greeting.
