Late Flower Rapidly Yellowed Leaves

The yellowing leaves have definitely progressed quite a bit in this last week. Does this look like a normal natural late flower nitrogen deficiency? I still want to flush the plant, wondering if I should start the flush now because the leaves are already starting to get yellowed.

It's all fine, nice run, flush as scheduled, you are seeing the natural senescence. As we age our hair turns gray, plants turn yellow. You did a good job, enjoy it 👊👊👊

I agree mostly with what the other three respondents have written, fairly normal behaviour and a job well done! In future, continuing with the grow nutrients a bit longer before switching to just bloom nutrients can help prevent the plant cannibalizing itself so much. I like to give grow nutrients for the first 2 weeks or so of flowering, then switching to half strength grow and half strength bloom for the next 2 weeks or so, before then switching again to just plain bloom nutrients through until the end. This seems to produce the biggest blooms on plants that don't completely exhaust themselves. Start flushing when the pistils are about 90% brown and harvesting at around 95% pistils brown is my preferred harvest timing method. Starting a flush too early will remove even more nutrients from the substrate, accelerating the yellowing/cannibalizing the plant is already doing. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Looks like it wanted more potassium at one point. Nitrogen deficiency usually starts from bottom going up. Which is actually a good thing if light during flowering. It will defoliate bottom naturally plus nitrogen can hinder bud development in flowering. So you appear to have done a good job. You could probably start a fade. It would likely help ripen buds as well

Hi there, It's completely normal showing symtoms like that in late flowering stage. It's also a good pratice to flush properly one week before harvest.Check trichomes colour on buds and For me I would start flushing when mostly cloudy/milky and filled with some amber.Good luck and happy growing... ✌️
