What is the problem here is it too much watering?

Just a couple of funny leaves, nothing more, nothing less and is not caused by anything you have done, just a couple of funny leaves and quite normal behaviour for cannabis plants. It is not a sign of disease, deficiency, excess or other problem and your plant will grow normally and be just as potent as it can be, regardless of leaf form. Remember, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. It certainly is not due to over or under watering, these can not change the plants genetics, and it is genetics which has caused a leaf or two to look a bit "funny". So, rest easy, your plant is happy and healthy and not suffering from some sort of diabolical tragedy! Hope this helps, Organoman.
