Your medium is full of salts, autoflowers don’t eat a lot. Give less nutrients and maybe wash the soil a little bit now

What am I doing wrong?I’m a new grower my leaves started to shrivel up at the tips and get brown. My friend told my it’s cause over watering so I water less but the problem keeps getting worse. No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her

Looking for feedback -Dwarf auto is going forever and now starting to nannerFirst time grow+bad lighting! Royal Dwarf auto way over 10wks flowering but think close to harvest?
